EXYTZ: TERMS OF SALE & ASSET TRANSFER AGREEMENT

By purchasing any turnkey digital business, domain, or digital asset (hereinafter referred to as the "Asset") from EXYTZ.com, you (the "Buyer") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. "Checkout to Founder" represents a transfer of ownership, and as such, carries specific legal and binding conditions.

1. NATURE OF THE ASSET

EXYTZ sells turnkey, ready-to-launch digital businesses. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing, an Asset purchase generally includes:

  • Transfer of the specified Premium Domain Name.

  • Transfer of website files, design, and associated digital architecture.

  • Introductions and integration credentials for a designated USA-based white-label supplier.

  • Full commercial rights and generation workflows for the specific AI Influencer/Brand Ambassador associated with the listing.

2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital intellectual property, domain name transfers, proprietary AI prompts, and supplier integrations, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once the transaction is processed and the handover protocol is initiated, the intellectual property is considered exposed and delivered. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including "buyer's remorse," lack of technical understanding, or failure to successfully market the Asset post-transfer. By clicking "Buy" or completing a payment, the Buyer explicitly waives any right to a refund or chargeback.

3. THE HANDOVER (TRANSFER) PROCESS

Upon successful payment clearance, EXYTZ will initiate the transfer protocol.

  • Buyer Cooperation: The Buyer agrees to create necessary free accounts (e.g., domain registrar accounts like GoDaddy or Namecheap, and a hosting provider) within 48 hours of purchase to receive the Asset.

  • Transfer Timeline: EXYTZ aims to complete all technical transfers (domain push, site migration) within 3 to 7 business days, provided the Buyer supplies all necessary receiving credentials promptly.

  • Abandonment: If the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information to receive the Asset within 30 days of purchase, EXYTZ reserves the right to terminate the transfer process without a refund.

4. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER & NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS

EXYTZ provides the foundational infrastructure (the "Turnkey Business"). However, EXYTZ does not guarantee any level of traffic, sales, revenue, or profitability.
The Buyer acknowledges that running an e-commerce business requires marketing, capital, effort, and strategy. EXYTZ is not responsible for the Buyer’s success or failure. The Buyer assumes 100% of the entrepreneurial risk upon taking ownership of the Asset.

5. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS & SERVICES

EXYTZ integrates the Asset with third-party, USA-based white-label suppliers.

  • EXYTZ does not own or control these third-party suppliers.

  • EXYTZ is not liable for any future changes in the supplier’s pricing, product availability, shipping times, or terms of service.

  • The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the relationship with the supplier and complying with their specific merchant terms post-sale.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AI COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

Upon full completion of the transfer, the Buyer receives 100% ownership and full commercial rights to the specific AI Influencer persona, website branding, and domain name associated with the Asset. EXYTZ relinquishes all claims to the specific AI persona configuration sold to the Buyer. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring their future AI-generated content complies with all applicable social media guidelines, copyright laws, and advertising regulations.

7. "AS IS" CONDITION

All Assets are sold on an "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" basis. EXYTZ explicitly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. While we ensure the website is fully functional at the time of transfer, EXYTZ is not responsible for future software updates, plugin breakages, or ongoing technical maintenance post-handover.

By completing your checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
