2. Hosting

This website is hosted on the Shopify platform, provided by Shopify Inc. / Shopify International Limited. We are not responsible for the underlying infrastructure, uptime, or technical operation of the Shopify platform itself.

3. Nature of the Business

We design, assemble, and sell turnkey digital business assets (domains, pre-configured Shopify stores, product catalogs, supplier integrations, and, where included, AI-generated brand content) to buyers located in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Full terms governing each purchase are set out in our Terms of Sale & Asset Transfer Agreement.

4. Third-Party Shopify Apps

Some Assets may include, reference, or be pre-configured with third-party applications installed from the Shopify App Store (for example, apps used for supplier integration, marketing, reviews, or store functionality).

We are not responsible for the functionality, accuracy, availability, or performance of any third-party Shopify app. These apps are built, maintained, priced, and supported entirely by their respective independent developers, not by us. Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee that any third-party app will continue to work correctly, remain available, or be compatible with future Shopify updates.
  • We do not provide technical support for third-party apps; support requests must be directed to the app's own developer/publisher.
  • We do not control, and make no representation about, the pricing of any third-party app, including free trial periods, subscription tiers, or future price changes. Pricing and billing for these apps is set solely by the app developer, and any charges are between you and that developer once you take ownership of the store.
  • You are responsible for reviewing each installed app's own terms of service, privacy policy, and pricing before and after Transfer, and for maintaining, replacing, or removing any app as you see fit once you own the store.

5. Intellectual Property

The EXYTZ name, branding, the EXYTZ Genesis Workflow platform, and all site content not specifically transferred to a buyer as part of an Asset (including this notice and our other policies) are the property of Kostiantyn Stanchenko and may not be copied or reused without permission. Rights transferred to buyers upon purchase are limited to those expressly described in our Terms of Sale & Asset Transfer Agreement.

6. External Links

Our site and our policies may reference or link to third-party services (for example, Namecheap, Shopify, or a supplier's website). We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.

7. Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content, including product listings, is complete, current, or error-free at all times. We may correct errors or update information without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
