EXYTZ: RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At EXYTZ, we build and transfer premium, ready-to-launch digital businesses and proprietary AI marketing assets. Because of the exclusive and irrevocable nature of digital intellectual property, domain name ownership, and supplier infrastructure, we enforce a strict NO REFUND policy.

Please review the following terms carefully before clicking "Buy" or completing a transaction on EXYTZ.com ("Checkout to Founder").

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made on EXYTZ.com are considered final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

Once a payment is processed, the digital transfer protocol begins immediately. Because you are acquiring sensitive intellectual property (including proprietary AI generation workflows, premium domain names, custom source code, and vetted white-label supplier integration credentials), it is impossible to "return" the asset in a way that protects its integrity and value.

2. EXCLUSIONS FOR "BUYER'S REMORSE"

We do not issue refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after the purchase is complete.

  • Lack of Technical Skill: While our assets are designed to be turnkey, we do not issue refunds if you decide you do not want to learn how to operate a digital e-commerce business.

  • Business Performance: We provide the infrastructure; you provide the execution. EXYTZ does not guarantee sales, traffic, or profitability. Failure to generate revenue post-transfer is not grounds for a refund.

  • Third-Party Supplier Changes: We are not responsible for, nor do we issue refunds based on, future policy or pricing changes made by the integrated third-party USA white-label suppliers.

3. EXCEPTION: NON-DELIVERY BY EXYTZ

The only circumstance under which a refund may be considered is in the exceedingly rare event of a complete failure of delivery on our part.
If EXYTZ is technically unable to initiate the transfer of the domain name or website files to the Buyer within 14 business days of a cleared payment (and provided the Buyer has fully cooperated by creating the necessary receiving accounts), the Buyer may request a cancellation and full refund.

4. BUYER COOPERATION & ABANDONMENT

To successfully transfer a digital business, we require your active cooperation (e.g., providing a domain registrar account ID).

  • If you fail to provide the necessary information to receive the transfer within 30 days of purchase, the asset will be considered "abandoned."

  • In the case of abandonment, EXYTZ reserves the right to terminate the transfer process and relist the asset. No refunds will be issued for abandoned assets.

5. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By completing a purchase on EXYTZ.com, you explicitly agree to this No Refund Policy and waive any right to initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider or payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for a completed digital delivery.
In the event of a fraudulent chargeback attempt, EXYTZ will vigorously dispute the claim by providing the payment processor with this policy, the asset transfer logs, IP logs, and proof of digital delivery. Furthermore, any successful chargeback will result in the immediate revocation of the domain name, hosting rights, and commercial AI licenses associated with the purchase.

6. QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE
