Return & Refund Policy

1. Seller Information

This website (exytz.com) is operated by Kostiantyn Stanchenko, a self-employed individual entrepreneur ("Autónomo") registered in Spain, NIF / Registry code: Z2012778F, EU VAT number / Local tax number: ESZ2012778F, registered business address: AV CONDES DE SOTO AMENO 54, Es:1 Pl:04 Pt:DR, 03005 ALICANTE/ALACANT (ALICANTE), Spain.

2. Scope of This Policy

Our products are made available exclusively to customers located in, and shipping/service addresses within, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. We do not offer our products for sale to customers located in the European Union or any other jurisdiction not listed above; where our storefront is visible to visitors from excluded regions, purchasing is disabled for those visitors.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are purchasing from, and for use within, one of the five countries listed above, and that you are not acquiring the product as a consumer resident in the European Union.

3. Nature of the Product

All products sold on this website are digital business assets, each consisting of a domain name, a pre-configured Shopify storefront, a connected supplier/fulfillment integration, a product catalog, associated brand assets (including AI-generated brand ambassador content where included in the listing), and related onboarding materials, transferred electronically to the buyer, typically within 24–48 hours of purchase ("the Transfer").

No physical goods are shipped. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of income, sales, or profit; the buyer is solely responsible for operating, marketing, and growing the business asset after Transfer.

4. Business Purpose Acknowledgment

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are acquiring the product for business, commercial, or entrepreneurial purposes, and not as a private consumer purchasing for personal, family, or household use. Where applicable law nonetheless classifies you as a "consumer," Sections 6 and 7 below apply to you in place of Section 5.

5. No Refunds After Transfer (Business Buyers)

Because each asset is a unique digital product that is fully and immediately transferred to the buyer, and because the buyer receives full, exclusive access to the domain, storefront, supplier connection, and brand assets upon Transfer, all sales are final once Transfer has been completed, except as expressly set out below or as required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • Change of mind after purchase or after Transfer
  • Failure to generate sales, traffic, or profit using the asset
  • Buyer's own errors in operating the Shopify store or supplier integration
  • Buyer's failure to complete onboarding or use the AI content workflow provided

6. Limited Refund Eligibility

Regardless of Section 5, you are eligible for a refund, replacement, or partial remedy if:

  • We fail to deliver the Transfer within a reasonable time and do not cure this within 3–5 business days of written notice;
  • The asset delivered is materially different from its description on the product listing at time of purchase (e.g., missing a specifically listed component such as the domain, supplier connection, or catalog);
  • The purchase resulted from a verified technical or billing error (e.g., duplicate charge).

To request a remedy under this section, contact us at [support email] within 3–5 business days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Your Statutory Rights (Non-Waivable, By Country)

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or restricted under the law of your country. In particular:

Australia — Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable) for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, including where the asset is not of acceptable quality, not fit for the disclosed purpose, or does not match its description. Nothing in Section 5 excludes, restricts, or modifies these guarantees.

New Zealand — Where you acquire the product as a consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), the guarantees under the CGA apply and cannot be contracted out of. Where you acquire the product for business purposes as defined in the CGA, the parties agree the CGA does not apply, to the extent permitted by section 43(2) of the CGA.

United States — Refund and cancellation rights for online purchases are primarily governed by the terms disclosed at the time of sale, together with applicable state law. Some states provide specific consumer protections that may apply notwithstanding Section 5; nothing in this policy is intended to override such mandatory state-law rights where they apply to your purchase.

Canada — Consumer protection for distance/internet sales is governed at the provincial level. Where mandatory provincial consumer protection legislation grants you a cancellation or refund right that cannot be waived (for example, where required disclosures were not provided at time of purchase), that right applies notwithstanding Section 5.

United Kingdom — Where you acquire the product as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content supplied to you must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality, and you retain any remedy available under that Act for a failure to meet those standards; nothing in Section 5 excludes or limits that right. Separately, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that: (a) the product is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium; (b) performance (Transfer) begins only with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your statutory right of cancellation once Transfer has begun; and (c) you provide that consent and acknowledgment by completing checkout and by proceeding with onboarding. Where you acquire the product for business purposes, these consumer-specific rights do not apply and Section 5 governs.

European Union — As stated in Section 2, we do not sell to consumers located in the EU. If, notwithstanding our location restrictions, you purchased as an EU consumer, you acknowledge that: (a) the product is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium; (b) performance (Transfer) begins only with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once Transfer has begun, consistent with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; and (c) you provide that consent and acknowledgment by completing checkout and by proceeding with onboarding.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment card chargeback or dispute without first contacting us to seek a resolution under Section 6 may result in suspension of any pending support or onboarding obligations while the dispute is investigated. This clause does not affect your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.

9. How to Contact Us

For any question about this policy or to request a remedy under Section 6, contact: support@exytz.com / https://exytz.com/pages/contact-1.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that apply notwithstanding a choice of law, as described in Section 7.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
