EXYTZ: DIGITAL DELIVERY & ASSET TRANSFER POLICY
At EXYTZ, we specialize in the creation and sale of turnkey digital businesses, premium domains, and proprietary AI brand assets. Because our products are 100% digital intellectual property and web infrastructure, no physical items will be shipped to your personal address by EXYTZ.
The "shipping" process for an EXYTZ purchase refers exclusively to the secure Digital Handover of the digital assets you have acquired.
Please review our delivery protocol below to understand what happens after you click "Buy."
1. THE DIGITAL HANDOVER PROTOCOL
Immediately upon successful payment clearance, our dedicated transfer team will begin the digital delivery process. This process is highly secure and requires coordination between EXYTZ and the Buyer.

Initial Contact: Within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase, you will receive an onboarding email from our transfer team outlining the exact steps required to receive your assets.

Domain Name Push: We will transfer the premium domain name to your designated registrar account (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap). You must create a free account with the requested registrar to accept the domain.

Website & Infrastructure Migration: We will securely transfer the website files, databases, and hosting control to your designated hosting provider or account.

Asset Delivery: All supplementary digital assets—including AI Influencer commercial rights, AI generation prompts, custom logos, and supplier integration credentials—will be delivered via a secure digital download link or encrypted email.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
While the initial onboarding begins within 48 hours, the complete technical transfer of a turnkey business typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
Please note: The speed of the delivery heavily depends on the Buyer’s responsiveness. Delays in creating the necessary registrar accounts or responding to our transfer team may extend the delivery timeframe.
3. CLARIFICATION ON PHYSICAL PRODUCT SHIPPING (THE SUPPLIER)
It is important to distinguish between EXYTZ delivery to you (the Founder), and your new business’s delivery to your future customers.
When you purchase a turnkey e-commerce business from EXYTZ (e.g., a coffee, candle, or skincare brand), it comes pre-integrated with a USA-based white-label supplier.

EXYTZ does not ship coffee, candles, or cosmetics to your home.

Instead, the integrated third-party supplier will handle the physical fulfillment and shipping of products directly to your future retail customersonce your store is live.

Shipping times, costs, and policies for physical products will be governed entirely by the third-party supplier you take over.
4. INTERNATIONAL "SHIPPING" (GLOBAL AVAILABILITY)
Because EXYTZ delivers digital assets, anyone in the world with an internet connection can purchase an asset from our platform. There are no geographical restrictions on buying a turnkey business from us.
However, please be aware that the pre-integrated white-label suppliers for specific businesses may primarily ship physical products within the United States. It is your responsibility to review the specific supplier’s international shipping capabilities if you plan to target retail customers outside of the US.
5. FAILURE TO TAKE DELIVERY
If you fail to provide the necessary information (such as a domain registrar account ID) to accept the transfer of your purchased assets within 30 daysof the transaction, EXYTZ reserves the right to consider the delivery fulfilled or the asset abandoned. Due to the nature of digital sales, no refunds will be issued for failure to accept the digital delivery.
